Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $55. Orders under $55 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Delivery Times

United States: 7-14 business days

While most packages arrive on the earlier end, please allow extra time during peak periods (holidays, sales events).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you need an update on your order, email us at hi@sarpelwear.comwith your order number and we'll send you the latest tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All shipments include insurance. If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we'll replace it free of charge. Contact us at hi@sarpelwear.com and we'll take care of it.
